Shirley Luu

Shirley Luu currently serves as the Executive Field Chairman, First Financial Security and has 19 years of experience in the Financial Service Industry. Shirley’s expertise lies in building a legacy of creating wealth in helping clients and companies in meeting their financial needs. Formerly, Shirley has 20 years Telecommunications experience with AT&T and Lucent Technology.  At one point, she was in the Mortgage Industry and had oversight of 8000 loan officers.

- 2014 Shirley was invited to the White House for recognition for Champions of Change for the ACA/Obama Care.

- 2015 Shirley’s team helped sign up over 5000 clients for ACA/Obama Care thru community outreach programs such as Radio, TV and printed media on educating on Healthcare.

- New Penn Financial granted Shirley the “Pay It Forward” award in recognition for her outstanding community service.  They provided money to the charity of her choice, Widows & Orphans of God, dba Women of GoodWorks.

- Shirley is a proud sponsor and speaker at George Mason University Entrepreneurs and Finance Club, providing financial assistance for graduates interested in the Insurance Industry.
